Terms and Conditions

The Buyer undertakes not to sell, assign, transfer, lease, lend or otherwise dispose of the Work of Art for a period of 24 months from the date of invoice, unless he instructs NooN ConsultinG Art as his exclusive agent to carry out the transaction.

-Methods of payment

We accept secure payments by Stripe with VISA, MasterCard.

– Taxes

EU customers are subject to Belgian VAT.

For customers outside the EU, local taxes and fees may apply and are at your expense.

The tax option (EU or non-EU) and the shipping destination must match.

– Shipping

We offer different delivery and collection options at the gallery in Brussels.

Shipping costs are calculated according to weight, volume of purchase and delivery address.

– Certificate of authenticity

The invoice issued by NooN ConsultinG Art and the signature of the artist serve as authentication.

With regard to masterpieces we can offer legal advice.

– Return / cancellation policy

We accept returns or exchanges if the order arrives damaged. Claims for damaged orders must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the package, with photographs.

Cancellation and refund requests made within 24 hours of placing the order will be considered. There is no guarantee that they will be able to deal with requests outside of this timeframe. Refunds are processed net of an administrative fee.
